From the basement to the roof, this property has been completely overhauled, leaving a four storey townhouse that was snapped up before it even went to the market.

This derelict townhouse was in need of complete refurbishment – when we purchased it, it didn’t have a staircase or kitchen and wouldn’t have qualified for a mortgage.

We applied for planning to extend the kitchen area, which enabled us to install a downstairs cloakroom and reinstate the bathroom upstairs.
